基本介绍
刘军,男,博士/副教授/硕士研究生导师。在中山大学光电材料与技术国家重点实验室获得博士学位,要从事过半导体薄膜太阳光电池关键材料及器件工艺、光功能生物医学纳米材料等研究,目前感兴趣的领域主要是感光材料及传感器件、低维半导体材料与器件物理研究。近年来在Applied Surface Science, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Nanotechnology, Langmuir等老牌权威SCI期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,授权国家发明专利2项,主持在研国家自然科学基金1项,参与完成国家自然科学基金共4项,主持和参与省部级科研项目6项,主持省部共建国家重点实验室开放基金1项,主持广西高等教育本科教学改革工程项目(重点项目)1项、校级教学教育改革项目1项、科研育人专项项目1项,获广西教育厅高校优秀教师出国深造项目1项。

研究方向
目前感兴趣的主要领域是:(1)发光材料、光学敏感材料及其传感检测应用;
(2)低维半导体材料与器件物理研究。
